In the case of M1 gift vouchers, the consumer must agree to the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal during the order process. With the start of the contract execution, i.e. the creation of the voucher code, the consumer agrees to a waiver of the right of withdrawal. If the consumer does not agree to the waiver of the right of withdrawal before the order is completed, no purchase contract is concluded.
